About the collaboration
Magasinet Smögen AB was founded by H.A. Bygg AB, Profura AB, and Grandab Management AB with the aim of constructing residential condominiums in four phases.
The first phase, Brf Östra Hållö, comprised 33 apartments located in the best spot right on the quay. The sale of the apartments began during the Midsummer week of 2015, with move-in during July 2016.
Due to overwhelming interest in the first phase, it was decided to immediately start phase two, Brf Västra Hållö, consisting of 27 apartments and the restaurant "Musselbaren," with move-in in January 2017.
After selling all 60 apartments, the remaining building rights were sold to Tuve Bygg AB.
