About the collaboration
Grandab, in collaboration with the real estate investor Hines, has established a joint venture company focused on acquiring warehouse and light industrial properties in the Gothenburg region. The collaboration was initiated in the later part of 2025 and continuously evaluates new business opportunities within the segment.
We are involved from start to finish in all our investments. From analysis and acquisition, to management and development, and finally to sale, we want to be part of the journey. Here you can read about a selection of our investments.
