Grandab is a co-investor and LAMP (Local Asset Management Partner) to Fastighets AB Regio with the Third AP Fund as the main owner. Regio was founded in the fall of 2015 with a focus on office and retail properties in growing regional cities, aiming to create high and stable returns through long-term and active ownership.

Grandab's mission includes the design and implementation of business plans, property development, as well as commercial and technical management.
