About the collaboration
Together with Hagabacken and Profura, Grandab has formed a JV with the aim of acquiring high-yield commercial properties in western Sweden. The properties can include both retail & offices as well as industrial & warehouses.
We are involved from start to finish in all our investments. From analysis and acquisition, to management and development, and finally to sale, we want to be part of the journey. Here you can read about a selection of our investments.
