Novi Real Estate AB has developed since its inception on April 1, 2016, into one of the larger players in the external management market, managing properties worth approximately 30 billion kronor.

The company was founded in October 2015 at the initiative of Grandab Management AB with the goal of obtaining the assignment to manage Gamla Livförsäkringsaktiebolaget SEB Trygg Livs (publ) Swedish property portfolio. During the winter, it became clear that the company won the procurement, and after a hectic spring, the company was ready to take over the assignment on April 1, 2016.

Novi, headquartered in Stockholm, has a turnover of approximately 75 million SEK and employs 40 people.

Grandab sold its shares in the company to the main owner, Gullringsbo, in 2019.
