About the collaboration
Grandab owns, together with Profura Fastigheter and H.A Bygg, the property Nordstaden 13:4 located at Norra Hamngatan 6 in central Gothenburg. The property was acquired together with the neighboring property Nordstaden 13:7 at the end of 2014.
The parties' goal is to convert the property into a hotel.
We are involved from start to finish in all our investments. From analysis and acquisition, to management and development, and finally to sale, we want to be part of the journey. Here you can read about a selection of our investments.
