About the collaboration
Grandab, together with Profura Fastigheter, acquired two properties on Grötö in the northern archipelago of Gothenburg.
The properties totaled 43,000 m2 and included a guesthouse, restaurant, a villa, a harbor, and building rights for 24 vacation homes.
In 2021, 24 homes were constructed in 12 duplexes, which were ready for occupancy in May 2022.
