About the collaboration
Grandab Fastigheter II, which started in 2021, will acquire, develop, and manage logistics, warehouse, and light industrial properties with development potential in western Sweden.
Grandab Real Estate II is a joint venture between Grandab Management and Revcap. Revcap is a European investment company focused on acquiring small and medium-sized properties and property-related assets in joint venture structures together with specialized and co-investing partners.
The holdings of Grandab Real Estate II, consisting of the properties Gamlestaden 46:10, Gamlestaden 57:6, Rud 51:20, and Kvillebäcken 61:1 in Gothenburg, were sold in 2024. The properties Stenungsund Näs 1:222, 1:227, and 1:256, Gothenburg Biskopsgården 830:810, Gothenburg Kärra 72:34, as well as Kungsbacka Varla 14:2, 14:10, and 2:353 were divested in 2021-2023.
