About the collaboration
Grandab was a co-investor and LAMP (Local Asset Management Partner) in part of Brunswick Real Estate's portfolio Fersen. The engagement included 14,000 m2 and has been part of the company since its inception and is the foundation for today's collaboration with Brunswick.
The properties were sold in 2022.
